Unique Drain Plugs Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving your products you may return unused oil drains for a full refund. Any returns made outside of 30 days are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Restocking fees vary depending on the condition of the items or accessories at the time of the return. In order to receive credit, returns must be authorized by a representative prior to shipping back to our warehouse.

The representative will provide you with an RGA # via email. Print and place this form in the box with your return.

Once we receive your item or accessory in our warehouse we will inspect the package for any defects. Refunds are typically initiated within 5 business days from receipt of the returned goods.
